About the event

Coursea linkThe Practice of Happiness and Pussrageousness is actionable.  Reach out to PC let us know how you felt about this video and share with us your thoughts, emotions and your actionables.

1- my one take away from this video. I appreciate the professor saying that she is sad and she is not happy all the time every day. It was an honest true reflection on how we are in our everyday moments and it's okay.

Everyday I am not Pussrageously pussrageous, some days more so, some days not as much so, but when I open my eyes, say my affirmations, love my body, I set intentions to be as Pussrageous as I can be in my moments. And that's ok.
